Marine Engineering Service

Field service, inspection. Diagnostics, repair, overhaul, and technical support for marine propulsion and auxiliary machinery. Electronically controlled engine performance and diagnostics. Performance inspection, running tests, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for electronically controlled MAN B&W ME series engines. Hands-on experience with performance evaluation and condition monitoring systems (PMI and COCOS) for performance evaluation, functional testing of electronic engine components, fault identification, and performance optimization. Analysis of operating parameters, performance data, alarms, and control system information to identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic control related faults.

Technical Consulting & Owner’s Representation

Acting as the owner’s technical eyes and ears during repairs and dry-dockings. Scope review, technical supervision, documentation control, and owner-focused reporting to keep projects on track commercially and technically.

Survey & Compliance Support

Pre-survey readiness for Class, Flag, and Port State Control. ISM, SMS, and MLC support with practical gap identification and corrective action plans. Independent, owner-focused reporting to reduce surprises.

Independent Bunker Surveying

ROB verification, bunker quantity surveys, on-hire and off-hire bunker surveys, and fuel consumption verification. Clear, timely reports delivered directly to the client.

Troubleshooting & Casualty Support

Independent troubleshooting and technical support for propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment, automation, and control systems. Systematic fault analysis based on operating parameters, alarms, and performance data. Troubleshooting of electronically controlled propulsion systems, including MAN B&W ME series engines with practical use of PMI and COCOS diagnostic and performance tools. Onboard troubleshooting, functional testing, and technical support can be performed in port, at shipyards, or during vessel passages when required.
